?829-876; Irish born; appointed Bishop of Fiesole as one divinely sent, 829, having wandered through Europe visiting sacred places; obtained charter for Fiesole Church from Louis, son of Lothair, 866; feast day 22nd Oct.; his life given in Vitae Patrum (11th c. in Laurentian library of Florence).
