Patrick O’Higgins

Life
1790-1854 [“The Chartist”]; b. Co. Down; United Irishman, fighting at Dollysbrae; settled in Dublin and worked on staff of Power’s Distillery in Thomas St.; lived at No. 15 North Anne Street; contributor and part-proprietor of the Tribune and President of the Irish Universal Suffrage Association.
