?1575-?1625, hereditary chroniclers of the Maguires of Fermanagh; left Ireland in Flight of Earls, 1607; kept detailed account of the Flight of the Earls from Ulster and the journey to Rome from a plain man’s view; poss. d. in Rome; his account was translated by Paul Walsh [SJ] for the Record Society of Maynooth from orig. MS. DIW
