fl.1687; one time assistant to Mr. Bannister; author of the first treatise on dentistry, Curious Observations in that Difficult Part of Chirurgery, Relating to the Teeth (1687); ded. to the ‘most honourable and truly learned the physitians, chirugeons, and apothecaries of the city of Dublin’; copy in Marsh’s Library, Dublin; advertisement shows that he had lodgings at Smith’s Arms, Essex St., Dublin.
